Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be treated as a missed appointment.
• Your 20% deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation (less than 48 hours' notice).
• Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged at 50% of the total service cost.
• New clients: A missed appointment or late cancellation will result in full prepayment being required for all future bookings.
• Existing clients: After 2 missed appointments, full prepayment will be required for future bookings.
• Late arrivals: If you arrive 15 or more minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened at the stylist's discretion.
